Shipping Policy

Please note – due to covid there may be delays in delivery times due to increases in parcel volumes.

We aim to dispatch your order within the day or the next business day. After your order is dispatched, shipping can take 2-5 business days. Shipping is only available within New Zealand. We ship orders from our salon located in Invercargill.

Orders are couriered with Courier Post, Please note they do not deliver to P.O boxes

Shipping costs: We ship nationwide

• Invercargill - Standard shipping is a $10 flat fee
• South Island - Standard shipping is a $10 flat fee
• North Island – Standard shipping is a $15 flat fee

We offer local pickup at our Invercargill salon. At check out under delivery method, select pickup option. Pickup orders are usually ready for pickup within 24hrs. However, this is subject to stock availability. If you have placed your order after business hours your order will be prepared the next business day. During public holidays and weekends, parcels are prepared and sent the next available working/business day. Rural, larger and dangerous goods (ie aerosols) may take longer. Parcels may also take longer on public holidays and weekends.

Signature required / authority to leave

All our packages are sent as a signature required service. This means the courier will need a signature required on delivery, so someone must be available to receive. If you are not available, they will leave a ‘card to call’ so you can arrange re-delivery.

Halcyon takes no responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address
